Co-ed Hockey Academy Pilot Program Application 2025-2026

After a successful pilot program at the Eriksdale Hockey Academy, Lakeshore School Division has decided to extend the program to grades 5 - 8.

Please complete the online Forms version of the application to apply to enroll your student in the middle years’ hockey academy.

The deadline to submit this application for the hockey academy is March 27^th, 2025.  The completed form can be returned to either Lundar School or Eriksdale School, via the online Forms version, or emailed to tozelas@lakeshoresd.mb.ca.
